Global Women Business Forum Women’s contribution to the global business has been matchless for decades. Empowering women in the economy and closing gender gaps in the world of work is key to achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. SACCI has also conceptualized a wing of businesswomen as Global Women Business Forum to enhance and open a new vista for their potential and business acumen. The majority of women entrepreneurs run a micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) – more than 30% of MSMEs are owned by women. Yet only one in five exporters is a women-owned business.
