SACCI has initiated the Green Belt Certification Program with an objective to promote environment friendly green building design and construction. Through this initiative SACCI awards the Sustainability Certification Rating to Housing, Urban Development, Residential, Commercial, Hotels, College, Universities, Schools and Factory buildings and developments. All existing, new and upcoming buildings can take part in this program.
In an endeavor to expand SAARC Countries reach beyond the Asia continent, SACCI has set up overseas offices actively working towards trade and investment promotion.
