During this entrepreneurial journey, he founded, TLGS Group (International Trade & Global Projects) comprising of TLGS Consulting (Business Consulting), Brahmashira Astra Bharat (Defence Manufacturing & Trade), House of Startups India (Incubator & Tech Innovation Centre), TLGS Legal (Legal Services), TLGS Jobs (Overseas Manpower Solutions) & TLGS MBBS (Overseas Medical Education).

Dr. Garg attended Harvard Law School to study Mergers & Acquisitions and International Trade Laws. He also completed a course on Nuclear Physics from MITx. He is trained at National Judicial Academy, Chandigarh Judicial Academy, Haryana Police Academy and Central Forensic Science Laboratory. He is a trained lawyer from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India. Dr. Garg has been conferred with a Doctor of Business (honoris causa) by Global Human Peace University, United States & another Honorary Doctorate in Strategic Technologies & Regulatory Regimes by BVU, India.
