One person should officially be appointed for coordinating with World Book of Records, London (UK) officials at all times.
Details of the World Book of Records, London (UK) officials will be provided and the organizers must coordinate.
The venue of certification ceremony must be spacious, dignified and fully furnished with a high-quality projector, mics and speakers. They must be checked before the event starts.
Design of Backdrop and Logo of World Book of Records, London (UK) will be provided by the World Book of Records, London (UK) officials in soft copy.
Certification ceremony must be followed according to the protocol.
Formal introduction of the delegates of World Book of Records, London (UK) must be given from the dais before the certification. The format of the introduction will be provided by the World Book of Records, London (UK) officials.
Before the main certification ceremony, a time slot of 15 minutes is required in which the officials will brief about the World Book of Records, London (UK) and the awardees.
Dais decorum of the certification ceremony must be maintained at all costs.
In case of the Provisional Certificate, post-event photographs, video clippings, media tidbits and other forms of news format of social media and their links must be sent to the WBR officials by the organizers.
Official press releases for the event will be provided by World Book of Records, London (UK) officials to the organizers.
The responsibility of media coverage and press release of the certification ceremony lies with the organizers.
World Book of Records, London (UK) provides the provisional certificate for making or breaking records or mass events of the record attempts after being adjudicated. The final certificate from London will be provided to the organizers in World Book of Records, London (UK) official award ceremony or the ceremony organized by the organizers.
All the expenses including Air travel, 5-star accommodation and local travel will be borne by the organizers.
World Book of Records, London (UK) bears no liability of cancellation of certification program due to any reasons and circumstances.
World Book of Records does not accept attempts or records that can potentially lead to any kind of destruction or harm to property, health, morality or general well-being of an individual/organization/society. Similarly, the record/record attempt should not hurt or cause any kind of injury to any animals.
